All Reservations

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all reservations, whether made online at or made by telephone or in person.

Payment

You will be asked to guarantee the booking with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code. We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa.

Flexible Rate: Flexible rates allows you to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and if cancelled between 30 days and 7 days before arrival a penalty of 25% of the full cost will be required. If you choose to cancel after 12pm, 7 days before you are due to arrive, full payment will be taken from credit or debit card provided at time of booking.

Special Offers including Advance Purchase Offers: Reservations with non-refundable rates are paid in full at the time of booking.

All Bookings: Bookings made by third parties agents where no agreement is in place, will require full non-refundable payment at time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that have not been paid in full. We shall endeavour to place groups travelling together as close as possible but please note that we cannot always guarantee specified lodges.

A credit card pre-authorization will also be required to cover incidentals during your stay.

All outstanding charges and or damages must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel. If the outstanding charges are not paid, we reserve the right to take payment from credit card on file.

Rates

All rates quoted are per room per night, are subject to availability and include VAT Tax & Services but DO NOT INCLUDE LOCAL TOURIST TAX which will be charged at time of arrival.  Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion. If a lower rate is found within two hours of booking, a Guaranteed claim must be submitted to receptionalpine@clcworld.com together with a screen shot showing the booking details and the lower quoted rate. Any claim must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and must be received no less than one day prior to the arrival date to allow time for claim to be processed. The Guaranteed does not apply to any non-public rates or pre agreed rates with specific groups, clubs or organisations. No claims can be submitted based on fluctuations or disparity in currency exchange rates. CLC Alpine Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel the guaranteed rate at any time without prior notice.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers take out adequate travel insurance to safeguard against risks such as theft, accident or the cost of cancelling a holiday.

Vacating Rooms

Apartments and Studios are available from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Where possible we try and accommodate early check ins or late check outs but please note that this is subject to availability and resort operations needs.

Use of Wellness Centre

Children under the age of 15 years are not permitted into the swimming pool unless accompanied by an adult and supervision is required at all times. Children under the age of 18 years are not allowed to use the fitness equipment . Is not advisable for young children to use the sauna. Children over the age of 5 years are not allowed to use changing rooms of the opposite gender. Additional information is displayed at Reception. The purpose of these restrictions is to ensure the well being and enjoyment of all users. All non members are required to register before admittance into the Wellness Centre.

Pets

To ensure the enjoyment of all guests please note that with the exception of Guide Dogs, pets are not allowed in the grounds or premises of the resort.

Force Majeure

CLC Alpine Centre cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
