Since its opening in 2001, the Bikepark Leogang has become established as one the most famous Bikeparks in Europe. The extensive offer of the Bikepark Leogang is certified by the seal “Kona Groove approved Bikepark “. Only eleven Bikeparks worldwide – from Whistler in Canada to Bukovel in Ukraine – have obtained this quality certification. The Bikepark Leogang is for bikers of all ages, and all levels of experience.

Cycling in the Pinzgau Region

Two wheels, pedals, saddle and a chain – the good old ‘Drahtesel’ is as loved now as it ever was. It is not just the bikes that come in many shapes and styles, but also the routes that are offered to cyclists and bikers in the region. Whether you are looking for easy short routes or difficult marathon stretches, beginner, intermediate and professional cyclists will find their ideal route with a selection of over 1,200km of paths, cross-country and downhill tracks.

It isn’t all over sticks and stones, however, for families and other cycle lovers there is an endless choice of well-built cycle paths. Guesthouses and cafés en route ensure that all manner of culinary delights are never far away. CLC Alpine Centre stands on the Tauernradweg (Tauern cycle path), an attractive cycle route through Austria. On specially built cycle paths and rarely used back roads, the Tauernradweg stretches for 325km from the Krimml Waterfalls to the town of Passau.

Golf

There are few holiday places on the planet where you can’t play a few holes, but the experience here, with panoramic mountain vistas, is out of this world. High Altitude Reservoir's - Kaprun

Hochgebirgsstauseen – Mooserboden

Technology meets nature. The outer wall of Mooserboden dam rises almost vertically to a height of 107 m and curves between rocks at either end to a total length of 500 m. A tour of the dam offers visitors a rare opportunity to become familiar with the interior of the construction.
